Gated Community Access
Our home is located inside a gated community with 24/7 security.
Each registered vehicle will receive a QR code for gate access, which you’ll also use to re-enter the community and access amenities during your stay.
Parking
We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.
Street parking is not allowed anywhere in the community.
Check-In
Enjoy easy, contactless self-check-in with our smart lock system. A personalized 4-digit code will be sent to you prior to arrival.
The house is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!
(Please Note: Two supply closets and the outdoor shed are reserved for owner use.)

IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES
Age Requirement, Rental Agreement & Guest Registration
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. After booking, the primary renter must sign a rental agreement and provide your party’s information for HOA registration.
Community registration is required for access and includes a fee based on the number of guests (age 6+) and vehicles.
After booking, you’ll receive a form to provide the following:
- Names of all guests (age 6+)
- Vehicle make, model, year
- License plate number(s) & issuing state
You will not be able to access the community without being registered.

Fees will be collected through Airbnb once you submit your registration info.
All registration info must be submitted no later than 2 days before arrival to avoid a $100 expedited processing fee. Failure to provide the registration information may result in your booking getting cancelled without a refund.

Nature & Location
Our home is in a semi-wooded area near the lake. You may see deer and small animals. Insects are also common in this environment—despite regular professional pest control, some may be present, especially in spring.
Rules & Policies
- Quiet Hours: Sunday–Thursday: 9 PM, Friday–Saturday: 10 PM
- Strictly Enforced: No pets, No parties, No smoking, No glitter (we’re serious—it gets everywhere!)
- Tampering with security cameras or Wi-Fi equipment will result in a $500 fee and/or immediate termination of your stay
- Misuse of the pool or hot tub that requires extra servicing may result in an additional service fee
- Firm cancellation policy — we strongly recommend travel insurance
